About the Role
Are you analytical, curious, and eager to understand how massive global operations move products from farms and factories straight to customers? Supportive Bridge Staffing Agency is partnering with Tesco to recruit driven graduates for their Product – Supply Chain Graduate Scheme based at their leafy, green campus in Welwyn Garden City.
Over this structured 2-year rotational scheme, you will work closely with Change Managers, Analysts, and Operators. You will complete three distinct rotations—one in operations, one in an analytical role, and one in a project-based role—giving you comprehensive exposure to optimizing our supply chain network and collaborating directly with suppliers.

Key Responsibilities
Data & Analytics: Articulate and share data with stakeholders using tools like Excel, PowerPoint, and Tableau to help drive informed business decisions.
Supplier Collaboration: Work directly with suppliers to drive enhancements, optimizations, and new ideas throughout the supply chain.
Rotational Impact: Deliver meaningful results across operations, data analysis, and project-based initiatives from idea to delivery.
