Senior Care Assistant - Nights

As a Senior Care Assistant - Nights, you will oversee the delivery of compassionate overnight care, support residents with their individual needs, and contribute to maintaining a safe, comfortable, and respectful environment. You will also work closely with colleagues to ensure care plans are followed and residents' wellbeing is continuously monitored.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality overnight care while supporting and supervising the care team.

• Monitor residents' health and wellbeing, reporting and recording any changes accurately.

• Promote a safe, caring, and person-centred environment while liaising with residents, families, and healthcare professionals.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a senior care or similar health and social care role.

• NVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care or an equivalent qualification is desirable.

• Excellent communication, leadership, and teamwork skills with a compassionate approach.
