Partnering with Barchester Healthcare, Supportive Bridge Staffing Agency is seeking an experienced and dedicated Peripatetic Nurse (RGN/RMN) to travel across a regional cluster of care homes within a 20-mile radius.
In this permanent role, you will lead multidisciplinary teams across different locations, ensuring that top-tier clinical standards and person-centred care are consistently delivered on every shift.
Pay Rate: £25.00 per hour
Hours: 36.00 hours per week (Permanent full-time role)
Shifts: Mixed (Days and Nights as needed)
Closing Date: 3 September 2026
Note: You must hold a valid UK driving licence and have access to your own vehicle for regional travel.
Key Responsibilities
Travel across a 20-mile radius to deliver high clinical standards in designated Barchester care homes.
Lead and inspire multi-disciplinary teams on each shift to ensure exceptional resident care.
Oversee new resident admissions, helping them settle smoothly into their new environment.
Develop tailored care plans, conduct detailed risk assessments, and manage medication safely.
Mentor and advance team members' clinical skills while leading by example.
What The Candidate Needs
Registered Nurse (RGN/RMN) with current NMC Registration.
Holds a teaching, mentoring, or supervision qualification.
Strong, up-to-date clinical knowledge and familiarity with NMC standards, Royal Pharmaceutical guidelines, and regulatory frameworks.
Proven track record of producing comprehensive care plans and risk assessments.
Essential: A valid UK driving licence and willingness to travel regionally.
