About the Role
Are you analytical, innovative, and ready to become the voice of the customer? Supportive Bridge Staffing Agency is partnering with Tesco to recruit talented graduates for their high-impact Technology – Product Management Graduate Scheme based at their green campus in Welwyn Garden City.
From day one of this 2-year scheme, you will act as the voice of our customers—using analytical skills to solve problems, define product roadmaps, and bring cutting-edge products to life. You will lead cross-functional teams from discovery to delivery, hold stakeholder workshops, write user stories, analyze feedback, and even spend time in Tesco labs meeting tech grads, coding, and exploring new technology!

Key Responsibilities
Product Ownership: Take ownership of the product and its future direction, defining a vision and strategy and creating an aligned backlog.
Cross-Functional Leadership: Lead cross-functional teams from discovery through delivery, working closely with Programme Managers and Software Engineers.
Customer & Data Analysis: Hold stakeholder workshops, write user stories, collate data, and analyze customer feedback to drive continuous improvement.
