About the Role Supportive Bridge Staffing Agency is proud to partner with ABL Health Ltd—an experienced, CQC-registered community health provider—to source an organized and proactive Administrator for the Nottinghamshire Integrated Wellbeing Service ("Your Health Your Way"). Working under the Single Point of Access (SPOA) team, you will provide vital administrative support for a transformative public health service delivering smoking cessation, weight management, alcohol reduction, physical activity, and falls prevention programs across Nottinghamshire.
Key Responsibilities
Manage incoming calls, inquiries, and healthcare referrals through the Single Point of Access within agreed timescales.
Provide comprehensive general administration, including maintaining confidential patient records on databases and paper files, processing correspondence, and scheduling appointments.
Produce computerised reports, documents, and meeting minutes while monitoring workloads and service targets.
Work with service leads to source suitable community venues within budget and coordinate Nicotine Replacement Therapy (NRT) requests, stock audits, and daily storage temperature checks.
Support behavior change initiatives by engaging with clients and assisting practitioners as needed.
Person Specification & Requirements
Education & Qualifications: GCSE/O Level in Maths and English (or equivalent); NVQ Level 2 in a relevant subject (or significant equivalent administrative experience).
Experience: Demonstrable background working in a reception or administrative team environment (experience within a healthcare setting or GP practice is highly desirable).
Skills & Competencies: Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and in-house database management; excellent communication and interpersonal skills; proactive, highly organized, and quality-driven.
