As a Bank Registered Nurse (RGN) at Lancaster Grange Care Home, you will provide essential cover—such as for annual leave or sick leave—while looking after the physical, psychological, and social needs of our residents. You will create a safe, supportive environment, make critical clinical decisions, develop tailored care plans, and administer medication safely. Clinical Excellence: Oversee the physical, psychological, and social well-being of residents, making sound professional judgements and critical clinical decisions.
Care Planning: Develop well-structured care plans and detailed risk assessments.
Medication & Compliance: Administer medication safely and maintain compliance with regulatory frameworks, including DoLs/MCA and Royal Pharmaceutical guidelines.
Flexibility: Work varied bank shifts (Days or Nights) to suit your lifestyle and service needs.
Qualifications: Current NMC registration and a valid PIN.
Knowledge: Up-to-date knowledge of clinical practices, regulatory frameworks, and care standards.
Experience: Proven experience in producing detailed care plans and risk assessments.
