About the Role

We are recruiting a Bank Registered Nurse (RGN) on a flexible 0-hour contract to provide casual clinical cover at Lancaster Grange Care Home in Newark on Trent.

In this flexible nursing role, you will enjoy complete schedule autonomy with day or night shifts available to fit your lifestyle. You will lead clinical care delivery, make critical health decisions, administer medications safely, and create a safe, supportive environment that meets the physical, psychological, and social needs of residents.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver high-quality, autonomous clinical nursing care on day or night shifts.

• Develop, evaluate, and update comprehensive care plans and detailed risk assessments.

• Administer medications safely in strict compliance with Royal Pharmaceutical guidelines.

• Uphold regulatory standards, including Mental Capacity Act (MCA) and Deprivation of Liberty Safeguards (DoLS) frameworks.

• Provide clinical leadership and support to the care team while ensuring person-centred excellence.

About You

To join us as a Bank Registered Nurse, you will bring:

• Active NMC Registration (Registered General Nurse - RGN).

• Strong, up-to-date knowledge of clinical best practices and regulatory care frameworks (MCA/DoLS).

• Proven experience in care planning, clinical risk assessment, and safe medication management.
