Pay Rate: £14.20 per hour

We are currently recruiting a compassionate Night Senior Carer for Laurel Bank Care Home. In this role, you will lead and inspire a team of Care Assistants alongside the Deputy General Manager, ensuring our residents receive exceptional, person-centred care through the night. You will also assist the clinical team with medication, care plans, and assessments, all while maintaining a warm and safe environment.
What You Will Need
Qualifications: NVQ Level 3 or Advanced Diploma in Health & Social Care.
Knowledge & Experience: Specific knowledge of clinical care for the elderly.
Personal Qualities: Warm-hearted, compassionate, and naturally motivating, with strong leadership skills and a commitment to upholding resident dignity and independence.
