In this full-time senior clinical management role based in Colchester, UK, you will take operational, financial, and strategic leadership of the operating theatres and endoscopy departments. You will manage departmental budgets, lead business planning initiatives, oversee clinical governance frameworks, and build collaborative relationships with consultants and multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal surgical outcomes in Colchester, UK.
Key Responsibilities
Maintain operational and financial responsibility for Theatre and Endoscopy departments, including budget management and strategic planning in Colchester, UK.
Lead, motivate, and supervise multidisciplinary clinical teams to ensure high-quality, evidence-based patient assessment and care in Colchester, UK.
Drive clinical governance, departmental policy implementation, and service development in close collaboration with consultants and senior leaders in Colchester, UK.
Requirements
Registered Nurse (NMC) or Operating Department Practitioner (HCPC) qualification with extensive senior-level clinical experience in Colchester, UK.
Strong leadership capability with background in teaching/assessment and active ILS/ALS certifications (management qualification preferred) in Colchester, UK.
Proven track record in budget oversight, business planning, and multidisciplinary team management within a surgical environment in Colchester, UK.
