About the Role

As a Stock Team Member, your top priority will be to locate, pack, and promptly process stock to ensure products are brilliantly presented for our online and store customers. Partnering with NEXT, Supportive Bridge Staffing Agency is thrilled to help enthusiastic candidates step into this essential retail operations role. When needed on the sales floor, your outstanding customer service skills will shine through as you support company policies and take charge of your own professional development from day one.

What You Will Do

• Stock Operations: Accurately process stock quickly and to the highest standard, including locating, packing, and transferring stock in and out of the store.

• Deadline Management: Meet strict deadlines to ensure customers receive their orders at the promised time.

• Store Standards: Keep operational areas clean, tidy, and organized while maintaining pristine presentation.

• Customer Service: Step onto the sales floors as needed to offer fast, friendly service and support the wider store team.
