Position Details
Location: Hurstwood View Care Home, Linum Lane, Uckfield, TN22 3FH
Pay Rate: £26.77 per hour
Contract Type: Bank (Flexible hours to cover annual leave and sickness as needed)
Shifts: Days or Nights Available
About the Role
As a Bank Registered Nurse, you will take care of the physical, psychological, and social needs of our residents, ensuring they receive the exceptional quality of care they deserve. You will have the freedom and autonomy to do things the right way, supported by a respectful and valued environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Create a safe and supportive environment for residents with a range of physical and mental health needs.
Make critical clinical decisions using your professional judgment.
Develop tailored care plans and handle the safe administration of medicines.

About You
To join us as a Bank Registered Nurse, you will bring:
Registration: Current NMC registration as an RGN with a strong understanding of up-to-date clinical practices.
Experience: A proven track record in producing well-developed care plans and detailed risk assessments.
Knowledge: Familiarity with regulatory frameworks, including DoLs/MCA and Royal Pharmaceutical guidelines.
Personality: Dedicated, compassionate, and proud of your person-centred, thoughtful approach to nursing.
