Role Overview

Supportive Bridge Staffing Agency is proud to partner with Barchester Healthcare to recruit a dedicated and compassionate Night Care Assistant on a permanent basis.

In this role, you will provide crucial overnight care, support, and reassurance to our residents, ensuring they are safe, comfortable, and well-cared for through the night. From helping with night routines and following care plans to offering warm companionship, your work will make a genuine difference in their lives.

Key Details

• Pay Rate: £14.20 per hour

• Hours: 36.00 hours per week

• Contract Type: Permanent

• Shift Pattern: Nights

• Closing Date: 1 September 2026

What We Are Looking For

To join us as a Night Care Assistant, you will need:

• Some prior experience caring for older people

• A positive, "can-do" approach and excellent communication skills

• A warm, empathetic, and compassionate nature dedicated to high standards of care
