Hours: Flexible/Full-time temporary agency shifts (Waking Nights: 20:00 – 08:00, Day Shifts: 08:00 – 20:00)

Key Responsibilities

• Provide dedicated, one-to-one support ensuring clients' clinical and daily living needs are met exceptionally well at home.

• Deliver specialized clinical care including seizure management, PEG feeding, manual handling, and medication administration.

• Communicate clearly and confidently with clients, following tailored care plans designed by nurse managers.

• Prioritize client wellbeing, promote independence, and raise any safeguarding concerns immediately.

Candidate Requirements

To excel in this specialized agency placement, you will need:

• Previous practical experience involving personal care and supporting individuals with complex needs.

• A compassionate, reliable, and patient nature, with confidence working independently in home-care settings.

• Full Right to Work in the UK (please note: visa sponsorship cannot be offered for this placement).

• A driving license is helpful for travel flexibility, though not strictly essential.
