About the Role

Key Responsibilities:
Activity Facilitation: Assist in delivering imaginative, fun, and motivational activities tailored to suit varying resident interests and abilities.
Resident Engagement: Spend time getting to know residents and their families to help tailor activity schedules that promote wellbeing, independence, and social interaction.
Community Connection: Encourage and support participation in both internal home events and local community outings.
Team Collaboration: Work with care and domestic teams to maintain a vibrant, uplifting atmosphere during your shifts.
About You
We are looking for an enthusiastic, organized individual with a warm personality and a drive to make things happen.
Requirements:
Attributes: Warm, empathetic, personable, organized, and naturally enthusiastic.
Skills: Creative mind-set with the ability to inspire residents and staff to get involved.
Experience: Previous activity planning or care experience is a plus, but not essential—full training is provided!
Travel (Desirable): Full UK driving licence and access to transport to access shifts across local homes in the Bank Pool.
