Supportive Bridge Staffing Agency is proud to partner with The Limes to source an experienced Forensic Psychologist for a 12-month fixed-term sabbatical cover contract.

Join our Level 2 mental health inpatient rehabilitation service in Mansfield, where you will work closely with the Consultant Clinical Psychologist to deliver specialist psychological advice, design therapeutic care pathways, and support men on their recovery journeys in a supportive environment built on teamwork and professional development.

What You Will Be Doing

• Deliver focused, evidence-based psychological interventions and manage a designated clinical caseload.

• Assist in developing strategic and clinical frameworks to grow and expand the service's care pathways through specialist psychological consultations.

• Ensure all non-medical therapeutic approaches are underpinned by strong conceptual models and empirical evidence, with measurable outcomes.

• Support transdisciplinary team members by providing access to and understanding of specialized psychological frameworks and skills.

Key Skills & Qualifications

• BPS-recognised psychology degrees (essential) and active HCPC Registration (essential).

• Appropriate postgraduate qualifications and BPS-approved supervisor status (desirable).

• Experience applying psychological knowledge within a forensic, psychiatric, or healthcare setting.

• Post-doctoral level knowledge of research methodology, design, and complex multivariate data analysis.

The Limes in Langwith, Mansfield (NG20 9HD) is a specialist rehabilitation service for men with mental illness, personality disorders, and histories of trauma or attachment disorders. Utilizing a blended model that combines traditional environments with single and dual-occupancy apartments, the service promotes positive risk-taking, self-reliance, and evidence-based interventions like Trauma-focused CBT and CFT.
