In this full-time 6-month fixed-term technology leadership role based on a hybrid arrangement in Colchester, UK, you will work 37.5 hours per week leading a team of HR application managers. You will oversee the management, configuration, and continuous enhancement of Workday HCM modules (Core HR, Time Tracking, Payroll, Absence, Recruitment) using agile delivery methods across Colchester, UK.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and coach a team of HR Application Management professionals within a multi-functional agile squad in Colchester, UK.

• Oversee the maintenance, configuration, and feature adoption for Workday HCM core and specialist modules across the organization in Colchester, UK.

• Manage vendor and supplier relationships, application support delivery, Workday security, reporting structures, and process optimizations in Colchester, UK.

Requirements

• Extensive, hands-on experience managing and configuring Workday HCM (Core HR, Time Tracking, Payroll, Absence, Recruitment) in Colchester, UK.

• In-depth expertise in Workday security frameworks, business process configuration, custom reporting, and foundation data models in Colchester, UK.

• Proven team leadership background, vendor management experience, and strong familiarity with agile technology delivery in Colchester, UK.
