In this targeted part-time aquatic coaching role based in Colchester, UK, you will deliver high-quality 1-to-1 lessons and group swimming classes for members of varying abilities. Key Responsibilities
Deliver inspiring and effective 1-to-1 and group swimming lessons for swimmers of all ages and abilities in Colchester, UK.
Tailor coaching techniques to meet individual learning needs while maintaining a safe, positive, and supportive pool environment in Colchester, UK.
Promote club facilities and memberships while working with the team to enhance swimming program performance in Colchester, UK.
Requirements
Active ASA Level 2 (or equivalent recognized swim teaching qualification) in Colchester, UK.
Proven track record of coaching swimmers across diverse age groups and skill levels in Colchester, UK.
Excellent communication, interpersonal skills, and an approachable, enthusiastic teaching style in Colchester, UK.
