As a Rehabilitation Specialist, you will lead live-streamed and face-to-face group exercise sessions tailored to varying physical abilities. By managing weekly 1-to-1 coaching calls, monitoring participant progress, and adjusting exercise intensities, you will play a central role in delivering clinical rehabilitation outcomes.
Organize, facilitate, and run rolling 12-week rehabilitation programmes combining virtual and in-person exercise classes.
Conduct weekly 1-to-1 coaching sessions to set recovery goals, offer emotional support, and encourage self-directed activity.
Track participant progress, adjust exercise intensity based on performance, and manage escalation procedures for any physical deterioration.
Level 3 Personal Trainer qualification (essential); a BSc (Hons) in Sports Rehabilitation is highly desirable.
Proven experience in a rehabilitation or fitness role, with a strong understanding of clinical recovery and vulnerable adult care.
Excellent IT, communication, organizational, and time-management skills with a problem-solving mindset.
