Hours: 40 hours a week, permanent, mixed days and nights

You will be the home's clinical lead and work closely with the General Manager, taking charge when they are away – leading the team, checking care standards through audits and supervised practice, and keeping the home compliant. The advert also mentions a £2,000 welcome bonus.
Key requirements:
Registered Nurse (RN/RMN) with current NMC registration
A teaching, mentoring or supervision qualification
Experience managing safeguarding investigations and clinical risk assessments
Some HR experience and good knowledge of care regulations
Strong leadership skills
