About the Role
Are you naturally empathetic, warm, and looking for a role where you can genuinely change lives? We are seeking a dedicated Care Assistant to join the family at Blenheim Court, a 60-bedded nursing, dementia, and residential care home in Liss.
In this role, you will help our residents maintain their dignity, independence, and happiness by delivering personalized support tailored to their unique needs and lifestyle choices.
Key Responsibilities
Provide compassionate, person-centred care and daily living assistance to residents.
Build meaningful, supportive relationships with residents and their families.
Collaborate closely with your team to maintain the highest standards of care.
Put residents first in everything you do, creating a safe, nurturing, and joyful atmosphere.
