Supportive Bridge Staffing Agency is excited to partner with Aldi to offer an incredible opportunity for a Career Starter Store Apprentice. Key Responsibilities

• Customer Care: Deliver friendly, efficient, and welcoming customer service.

• Merchandising & Stock: Stock shelves, check product quality, and maintain strong, clean merchandising standards.

• Till Operation: Operate tills accurately, securely, and promptly.

Skills & Experience

• Customer Focus: Friendly, approachable, and ready to support both shoppers and team members.

• Energy & Resilience: Hardworking, comfortable being active, and happy being on your feet in a fast-moving environment.

• Reliability: Adaptable and flexible with a proactive "can-do" attitude.

• Experience: Retail experience is a bonus, but not essential—your positive attitude and willingness to learn matter most!
