In this part-time fixed-term fitness role based in Colchester, UK, you will work 12 core gym floor hours per week to engage members, conduct consultations, and build your personal training client base without paying facility fees. You will lead high-quality inductions, personal best programs, and group fitness sessions, with uncapped earning potential through a sliding-scale commission model on delivered PT sessions in Colchester, UK.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct member inductions, fitness consultations, health assessments, and group/individual training sessions on the gym floor in Colchester, UK.
Motivate members to achieve health goals while building and managing a personal training client roster in Colchester, UK.
Maintain gym floor standards, complete general fitness duties, and engage in continuous professional development (CPD) in Colchester, UK.
Requirements
Mandatory Level 3 Personal Trainer qualification and active CIMSPA membership at Personal Trainer Practitioner level (or above) in Colchester, UK.
Exceptional communication, listening, and interpersonal skills with an outgoing and approachable personality in Colchester, UK.
Strong motivation to grow a personal training business within a supportive corporate environment in Colchester, UK.
