Hours: Part-time temporary agency placement (Alternating fortnightly rota: Week One – Thu, Sat & Sun 10:30 – 18:30; Week Two – Wed & Fri 10:30 – 18:30)

Supportive Bridge Staffing Agency is proud to support specialized home-care placements, partnering to find dedicated professionals for individuals with complex health needs. We are currently recruiting a part-time Complex Care Support Worker to support a gentleman in his 30s living with an acquired brain injury and epilepsy in his own home in Bognor Regis.

Day-to-Day Personal & Practical Care: Provide hands-on support tailored to the client's routines and activities within his own home.
Independence & Social Engagement: Promote confidence, independence, and social participation, building a consistent, respectful, and positive working relationship.
Health Monitoring & Reassurance: Provide vital reassurance and monitoring due to the client's epilepsy.
Care Plan Adherence: Follow care plans closely, working in close partnership with the client and multidisciplinary care networks.
To excel in this specialized agency placement, you will need:
Previous practical experience in a care or support role (experience supporting individuals with acquired brain injuries and/or epilepsy is highly advantageous).
A calm, friendly, down-to-earth, and confident approach.
A full UK driving license (essential for this role).
