What You Will Be Doing
Provide compassionate, person-centred care to children and young people aged 8-18 years with eating disorders who require residential care.
Support young people on tailored treatment programmes designed for individual needs, working alongside an on-site Ofsted registered school that helps them continue their education.
Bring a positive attitude, compassion, resilience, and vigilance to a dynamic environment supporting vulnerable young individuals.

Key Skills & Qualifications
Previous experience working as a Healthcare Assistant, Support Worker, or Care Worker within the NHS or private sector.
A naturally caring, compassionate, and resilient disposition with high levels of vigilance and dedication.
Strong communication skills and a flexible approach to working in a 24/7 care environment.

Rhodes Wood Hospital on Shepherds Way in Hatfield, Hertfordshire (AL9 6NN) is a specialized hospital providing residential care and tailored treatment programmes for children and young people with eating disorders. Located on the outskirts of Hatfield, the site features tranquil grounds and an on-site Ofsted registered school, easily reachable by car.
