In this vital role, you will ensure our stores are fully stocked, driving market-leading product availability, legal compliance, and exceptional shopping standards to deliver a fantastic experience for every customer.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and inspire the store team to deliver the best possible shopping experience and highest standards.
Plan and organise current promotions, retail events, and daily department routines.
Ensure market-leading product availability, safety, and legal compliance across all departments.
Manage people routines efficiently, including scheduling, absence management, performance, and talent development.
Deliver targeted training to build team capability, confidence, and cross-department collaboration.
Actively listen and respond to customer feedback to continuously improve store performance.
Build effective working relationships with other operating departments and key stakeholders.
What We Are Looking For
To thrive in this role, you will need:
Previous experience managing a team in a fast-paced environment (retail, hospitality, service, or travel/tourism backgrounds are welcome).
Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to share knowledge, best practices, and build strong relationships.
Flexibility, adaptability to change, and the ability to challenge effectively.
A strong customer-first approach, actively listening to both customers and colleagues.
