Through Supportive Bridge Staffing Agency, we are partnering with Barchester Healthcare to find a dedicated Bank Senior Care Assistant for Boroughbridge Manor Care Home. In this casual, flexible role, you will provide essential cover (such as for annual leave or sickness) while looking after the individual needs of our residents. You will supervise and inspire a team of Care Assistants, assist the clinical team with medication, care plans, and reviews, and help maintain a warm, welcoming environment.

What You Will Need

• Qualifications: NVQ Level 3 or Advanced Diploma in Health & Social Care.

• Knowledge & Experience: Specific knowledge of clinical care for the elderly.

• Personal Qualities: Warm-hearted, compassionate, and naturally motivational, with strong leadership skills and a commitment to resident dignity.
