Through Supportive Bridge Staffing Agency, we are proud to partner with Barchester Healthcare to recruit a dedicated Senior Care Assistant for Boroughbridge Manor Care Home. In this role, you will supervise and inspire a team of compassionate Care Assistants alongside the Deputy General Manager. You will also support the clinical team in key areas such as medication, care plans, assessments, and reviews, all while helping create a warm, welcoming, and vibrant environment for our residents.
What You Will Need
Qualifications: NVQ Level 3 or Advanced Diploma in Health & Social Care.
Knowledge & Experience: Specific knowledge of clinical care for the elderly.
Personal Qualities: Warm-hearted, compassionate, and naturally motivating, with strong people skills and a commitment to upholding resident dignity and independence.
