You will independently manage a specialist breast care caseload, provide clinical leadership, drive patient safety initiatives, manage clinical risk assessments, and champion high standards of safeguarding and holistic care delivery in Colchester, UK.
Key Responsibilities
Independently manage a specialist clinical caseload, delivering holistic, evidence-based breast care and solving complex care dilemmas in Colchester, UK.
Provide clinical leadership and specialist expertise to advance breast care service delivery while ensuring full governance compliance in Colchester, UK.
Champion patient safety, lead risk management assessments, manage incident investigations, and promote safeguarding protocols in Colchester, UK.
Requirements
Active nursing registration with relevant specialist qualifications, including essential Level 6 Breast Cancer course completion in Colchester, UK.
Substantial clinical experience in breast care specialist nursing, care management, and risk governance in Colchester, UK.
