Working as a Bank Care Assistant through our supportive bridge staffing agency on behalf of Barchester Healthcare, you will help residents enjoy every single day by providing the high-quality care and support they deserve. Every day is different and rewarding—ranging from assisting with daily living, supporting residents with food and drink, following personalized care plans, to sharing one-to-one time, wonderful moments, and lasting memories.
Key Responsibilities (What You'll Do)
Provide dedicated personal care and daily living support to residents.
Deliver warm companionship and ensure each resident receives dedicated one-to-one time.
Assist with nutritional intake, including supporting residents with food and drink.
Follow established care plans accurately and consistently.
Adapt to a varied and dynamic daily routine across day or night shifts.
Candidate Requirements (What You'll Need)
Previous experience in caring for older people.
A proactive, "can-do" approach to daily tasks and challenges.
Excellent communication skills and a natural warmth.
Genuine empathy, a heart for care, and a strong commitment to resident wellbeing.
