ABOUT THE ROLE
As a Bank Care Assistant at Barchester Healthcare’s Meadowbeck Care Home, you will work on a flexible, casual basis to help residents enjoy each day by delivering high-quality, personalized care and support. You will assist with daily living tasks, share meaningful moments, and foster a warm, uplifting environment.
Core Responsibilities:
Daily Resident Support: Assist residents with personal care, mobility, and individual care plan needs.
Companionship: Spend meaningful one-to-one time with residents to build positive, supportive relationships.
Hospitality & Nutrition: Support residents during mealtimes with food and beverages.
Varied Care Tasks: Undertake dynamic daily activities to ensure resident comfort, safety, and dignity on every shift.
ABOUT YOU
We are seeking a warm-hearted, empathetic Care Assistant with prior experience in elderly care and a positive, can-do approach.
Requirements & Experience:
Experience: Prior experience caring for older adults in a care setting.
Communication Skills: Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
