ABOUT THE ROLE
As a Bank Registered Nurse (RGN) at Barchester Healthcare’s Meadowbeck Care Home, you will work on a casual, flexible basis to ensure residents receive exceptional physical, psychological, and social care. You will enjoy complete clinical autonomy while managing tailored care plans and maintaining a safe, supportive environment.
Core Responsibilities:
Critical Decision-Making: Rely on your professional clinical judgment to deliver care for residents with diverse physical and mental health needs.
Care Planning & Risk Management: Formulate, maintain, and review individualized care plans and comprehensive risk assessments.
Safe Medication Administration: Administer medication safely in strict alignment with Royal Pharmaceutical guidelines.
Holistic Nursing Care: Deliver high-quality, person-centred nursing care while upholding resident dignity and independence.

We are looking for a dedicated, thoughtful, and compassionate Registered Nurse who takes pride in delivering person-centred care.
Requirements & Experience:
Registration: Current, active NMC registration as a Registered General Nurse (RGN).
Clinical Expertise: Up-to-date knowledge of clinical best practices and standards.
Regulatory Knowledge: Sound understanding of key regulatory frameworks, including MCA/DoLS and Royal Pharmaceutical guidelines.
Core Skills: Proven track record in detailed care planning, clinical assessment, and safe medication management.
