Supportive Bridge Staffing Agency is proud to collaborate with Asda Express to connect natural leaders with fantastic career opportunities. We are recruiting for a permanent, part-time Team Leader for day shifts in Fareham.
In this vital leadership role, you will drive the success of your area within a fast-paced retail environment. You’ll be responsible for managing your section efficiently—whether that’s replenishment, checkouts, grocery, or fresh food—making sure shelves are stocked, standards are high, and customers are happy while coaching and motivating your team to achieve daily targets.
Shift Pattern: Day shifts, 24 guaranteed hours per week (flexibility required to work a range of shifts, including weekends and evenings).
Key Responsibilities: Leading and motivating store colleagues, managing daily operations and section standards efficiently, solving problems, and ensuring a welcoming, customer-focused environment.
