The Role

As a Bank Care Assistant within our luxury retirement village, you will be at the heart of delivering person-centred care that supports independence and honours resident choice. You will ensure residents receive top-tier social, emotional, and clinical support, making every interaction meaningful.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist residents with a high standard of clinical, social, and emotional care, recognizing and meeting their specific needs.

• Support residents with a wide range of differing requirements, from everyday companionship to personal care.

• Work collaboratively with the team to support nurses or senior care assistants in monitoring residents and reporting any changes.

• Communicate effectively and compassionately with residents' families, friends, and visiting healthcare professionals.

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
