As a Bank Care Assistant within our luxury retirement village, you will be at the heart of delivering person-centred care that supports independence and honours resident choice. You will ensure residents receive top-tier social, emotional, and clinical support, making every interaction meaningful.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist residents with a high standard of clinical, social, and emotional care, recognizing and meeting their specific needs.
Support residents with a wide range of differing requirements, from everyday companionship to personal care.
Work collaboratively with the team to support nurses or senior care assistants in monitoring residents and reporting any changes.
Communicate effectively and compassionately with residents' families, friends, and visiting healthcare professionals.
A caring, positive nature with a genuine passion for delivering high-quality care to vulnerable individuals.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
