Key Responsibilities
Assist with seasonal menu planning and dish preparation, ensuring high standards of taste, nutrition, and presentation.
Manage stock, minimize food waste, and follow recipes accurately to balance culinary quality with budget guidelines.
Maintain strict kitchen hygiene, cleanliness, and food safety standards in compliance with COSHH and health regulations.
Requirements
Proven experience as a Chef or Assistant Chef with a valid Food Hygiene Certificate (or equivalent).
Good understanding of food cost control, stock management, and inventory efficiency.
Valid right to work in the UK and ability to commute reliably to Knebworth, UK.
