About the Role
As a supportive bridge staffing agency, we are excited to partner with Morrisons to find a friendly and reliable Customer Assistant - Replenishment for their Aldershot store. In this fast-paced retail role, you will work on the shop floor to keep fresh and ambient products fully stocked, ensuring customers can find everything they need, exactly when they need it.
Key Responsibilities
Stock Management: Replenish shelves efficiently within a structured, timed environment to maintain pristine store standards.
Customer Service: Approach all tasks with a helpful and friendly attitude, supporting customers and resolving queries.
Cross-Functional Support: Train across other areas of the store—such as Market Street or Customer Service—to assist wherever needed.
Process Adherence: Follow safety standards and operational processes precisely while handling equipment.
