Location: Stubbington Manor Care Home, 139 Stubbington Lane, Fareham, PO14 2NF
Salary: £38,140.00 per annum
Hours: 40.00 hours per week

About the Role
As a Head of Maintenance, you’ll ensure we provide a clean, safe, and well-maintained environment so residents feel truly at home and staff can deliver exceptional care. Creating a warm, welcoming atmosphere is a core part of our commitment to first-class support.
You can expect plenty of variety in this role, turning your hand to everything from building upkeep to maintaining the gardens and grounds—fixing a leaky tap one minute and planting new bulbs the next. You will be comfortable working independently, leading a team, supporting the General Manager with annual budget planning, and liaising with external contractors when needed.
About You
To join us as a Head of Maintenance, you will need:
Resident wellbeing as your number one priority, ensuring all work is carried out with sensitivity to their needs.
Hands-on experience in property maintenance with at least one core trade skill and a wide-ranging maintenance capability.
Reliability, flexibility with working hours, and a full UK driving licence.
IT literacy and GCSEs in Maths and English (or equivalent).
