Key Responsibilities

• Store Leadership: Step up to run the store in the absence of the Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager.

• Customer Service: Lead by example to deliver service that consistently exceeds customer expectations.

• Operational Excellence: Support the Store Manager in driving employee engagement, meeting store KPIs, and keeping stock rotation tight.

• Financial & Compliance Management: Oversee till cashing up, safe deposits, and ensure strict Health & Safety and due diligence standards.

Skills & Experience Required

• Leadership Experience: Proven track record of managing teams in fast-paced, customer-focused environments.

• Operational Focus: Skilled in time management, cost control, and maintaining high compliance standards.

• Target-Driven: Highly motivated to achieve and surpass performance targets.

• Experience: Previous Store Management experience is a bonus, but strong team leadership and the right drive are what matter most!
