In this part-time clinical support role based in Colchester, UK, you will work 37.5 hours per week (including weekend shifts) supporting consultants and radiographers across a variety of diagnostic examinations. You will assist during ultrasound, X-ray, fluoroscopy, pain management, breast, and gynaecological procedures (such as biopsies and injections), ensuring smooth clinic operations and exceptional patient care in Colchester, UK.
Key Responsibilities
Assist consultants and radiographers during ultrasound, X-ray, fluoroscopy, pain management, breast, and gynaecological examinations and minor procedures in Colchester, UK.
Provide individual, compassionate care to patients while maintaining smooth day-to-day operations across radiology clinics in Colchester, UK.
Manage changing clinical priorities, maintain accurate documentation, and ensure adherence to hygiene and safety protocols in Colchester, UK.
Requirements
Previous experience as a Healthcare Assistant or clinical support worker, preferably within a hospital or radiology setting, in Colchester, UK.
Strong IT literacy, diligence, excellent communication skills, and a flexible, patient-focused approach in Colchester, UK.
Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team and adapt to weekend shift patterns in Colchester, UK.
