Key Responsibilities
Direct and supervise care shifts, delegate daily duties efficiently, and safely administer and record medication.
Conduct risk assessments and case-manage residents in collaboration with families and healthcare professionals.
Guide and support care assistants while encouraging residents to maintain their independence and personal goals.
Requirements
NVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care (desirable) alongside demonstrated experience supervising care teams.
Strong organizational skills, digital literacy, and a firm understanding of individual care planning processes.
