Care Team Leader

Key Responsibilities

• Direct and supervise care shifts, delegate daily duties efficiently, and safely administer and record medication.

• Conduct risk assessments and case-manage residents in collaboration with families and healthcare professionals.

• Guide and support care assistants while encouraging residents to maintain their independence and personal goals.

Requirements

• NVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care (desirable) alongside demonstrated experience supervising care teams.

• Strong organizational skills, digital literacy, and a firm understanding of individual care planning processes.

• Compassionate, resident-focused approach paired with excellent leadership and communication abilities.
