What You Will Be Doing
Provide high-quality, effective, and compassionate nursing care to service users with learning disabilities, autism, and complex care needs.
Take full responsibility for the assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of individualized care.
Provide mentorship, guidance, and daily support to team members, promoting positive teamwork and a collaborative care culture.
Observe, record, and report all service user changes accurately, maintaining comprehensive records of care provided.
Key Skills & Qualifications
A relevant nursing qualification (RMN) with current NMC registration.
Completed Preceptorship with verifiable evidence.
Strong team-working skills, self-motivation, and a flexible approach to clinical care.
A naturally caring, compassionate, and positive attitude.
