This permanent, part-time role (offering a secure 15–20 hour contract) is perfect for someone looking for stable hours with a clear, direct impact on the day-to-day running of the store. As an essential member of the team, you will take pride in keeping the shop floor, staff welfare areas, and outdoor spaces clean, tidy, and hygienic. What You’ll Do

• Maintain the Store: Thoroughly clean and maintain the main shop floor and communal spaces to keep them safe and welcoming.

• Keep Outdoor Spaces Tidy: Take charge of the trolley bays, car parks, and outdoor pathways to ensure a great first impression for every visitor.

• Operate Machinery: Confidently use industrial cleaning equipment (full training will be provided to get you up to speed).

• Manage Welfare & Waste: Clean staff toilets, locker rooms, and break areas, and help manage the store's recycling and waste sections.

• Prioritize Safety: Proactively spot hazards and ensure all hygiene, Health, and Safety guidelines are consistently followed.

What You’ll Need

• A hands-on approach with a keen eye for detail and high standards of cleanliness.

• Prior experience in professional cleaning or maintenance is beneficial but absolutely not essential—full training is provided.

• High self-motivation and the independence to work through your tasks efficiently.

• A friendly, cooperative manner and a true passion for doing a great job for your colleagues and customers.
