In this full-time administrative role based in Colchester, UK, you will work 37.5 hours per week managing high volumes of booking requests, consultant scheduling, and theatre administration. You will handle referrals, book and adjust appointments, coordinate room and clinician availability, generate operational reports, and ensure accurate data management across administrative systems in Colchester, UK.
Manage high-volume email requests, referrals, and appointment bookings/cancellations with accuracy in Colchester, UK.
Coordinate room and consultant availability while scheduling or altering clinic sessions to support hospital needs in Colchester, UK.
Prepare standard and ad-hoc administrative reports while ensuring strict data compliance and service standards in Colchester, UK.
NVQ Level 2 in Business Administration (or equivalent qualification) preferred in Colchester, UK.
Proven experience in a customer-facing or high-volume administrative environment in Colchester, UK.
Excellent communication, organizational skills, attention to detail, and a compassionate, customer-focused mindset in Colchester, UK.
