Are you friendly, energetic, and looking for a structured role where you can make a real difference? Morrisons is seeking a dedicated Customer Assistant - Online in Bridgwater to join their fast-paced store team. In this role, you will be picking and packing customer orders using in-store tech, ensuring that everyday essentials and fresh groceries are carefully prepared for collection or delivery on time. You may also support other areas of the store, such as Replenishment and Customer Service, depending on daily needs.
Key Responsibilities
Pick and pack customer online orders quickly, carefully, and accurately using in-store technology.
Operate in a structured, fast-paced environment with clear routines and timed activities.
Help support other in-store departments, including Customer Service and Replenishment, as required.
Maintain high standards of safety while handling equipment and following processes.
Deliver an exceptional standard of service with a helpful and friendly attitude.
