About the Role

Supportive Bridge Staffing Agency is proud to partner with a fast-growing, industry-leading retail giant to recruit reliable and dedicated Warehouse Selectors for day shifts on a permanent basis.

As part of a fun, close-knit team, your primary responsibility will be to accurately "pick" stock for specific retail stores and build them onto the correct pallets, making them ready for our delivery drivers to collect.

Operating in a fast-paced environment, you will receive instructions directly through a headset. Because of this, you’ll need to be quick on your feet, highly focused, and detail-oriented—ensuring store numbers and all accompanying paperwork are 100% accurate.

Key Responsibilities

• Accurately pick stock using a voice-activated headset system.

• Build and organize products onto pallets securely for store delivery.

• Verify store numbers and ensure all related paperwork is complete and correct.

• Maintain a safe, clean, and efficient working environment within a bustling distribution center.

Requirements

• A strong work ethic and the ability to thrive in a target-driven, fast-paced warehouse environment.

• Excellent attention to detail and good listening/communication skills.

• Flexibility to work day shifts.

• Previous warehousing, order-picking, or voice-picking experience is an advantage, though full training will be provided.
