About the Role
We are recruiting a reliable, caring Domestic Assistant (Relief/Bank) on behalf of Greenways in Bognor Regis, a warm and supportive home known for its compassionate dementia care.
Your work will play a vital part in creating a clean, safe, and welcoming environment where residents feel comfortable, respected, and truly at home. You will maintain high standards of cleanliness across designated areas while always respecting residents' privacy, dignity, and individual needs.
What You Will Need
A Caring & Respectful Approach: Genuine sensitivity to the needs of older people and a commitment to personal dignity.
Experience: Previous domestic or cleaning experience is desirable, but a strong work ethic and attention to detail matter most.
Teamwork & Initiative: The ability to work well independently or as part of a friendly team, following safety and COSHH guidelines.
Flexibility & Proximity: A flexible approach to a 7-day rota. Ideally living within 15 miles of Bognor Regis (PO21 2UW) for a manageable commute.
