Pay Rate: £23.00 per hour
Contract Type: Full-Time, 36 hours per week (Night shifts, 8:00 PM – 8:00 AM, including alternate weekends)
About the Role
Are you an experienced, night-shift clinician looking to take on a key leadership role within a growing nurse-led team? We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to join us at Tarring Manor, a premier 75-bedded nursing, dementia, and residential care home in Worthing.
In this role, you will be instrumental in delivering exceptional, personalized night-time clinical care, ensuring our residents feel safe, secure, and supported right through the night.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver high-quality, professional nursing care to residents during night hours.
Develop, update, and implement comprehensive personalised care plans.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare professionals to guarantee cohesive care.
Guide, support, and mentor junior night-shift staff.
Maintain accurate, detailed clinical records in compliance with all regulatory standards.
What We Are Looking For
A valid NMC pin (Registered Nurse).
Strong clinical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
A proactive, empathetic approach with a genuine passion for elderly and dementia care.
The ability to lead effectively and work independently during night shifts.
