As a Bank Care Assistant through Supportive Bridge, you will be at the heart of daily life, providing essential companionship, personal care, and meaningful physical and mental stimulation while enjoying the flexibility of working patterns tailored to fit around your lifestyle.
Key Responsibilities
Support residents with a wide range of differing requirements, from daily companionship to compassionate personal care.
Observe and manage resident behaviour with care, documenting and reporting any changes in accordance with required legislation.
Support residents' nutrition and hydration needs, encouraging and assisting them to eat and drink according to their individual care plans.
Provide essential physical and mental stimulation through social and recreational activities, both in groups and on a one-to-one basis.
Maintain accurate care plans in line with regulatory and legal requirements.
What We Are Looking For
Highly motivated, positive, and equipped with great interpersonal skills.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to work both independently and as part of a close-knit team.
Desirable: Previous experience working in a care home environment or holding a Health and Social Care qualification.
