Key Responsibilities

• Team Leadership & Development: Recruit, lead, and inspire a high-performing team, fostering their continuous growth and success.

• Operational & KPI Excellence: Drive store performance to consistently meet and exceed challenging operational targets.

• Store Operations: Oversee in-store task execution, stock quality, and display standards to maintain operational efficiency.

• Customer & Compliance Management: Handle customer feedback professionally while maintaining strict health, safety, and compliance standards.

• Financial Oversight: Optimize time management and control store costs to boost profitability.
