Location: Andover, SP11 8EZ (Must be within a commutable distance from Andover)
Salary: £90,000 to £105,000 per annum (Work Level 4) plus company car or £6,000 car allowance
Contract Type: Permanent, full-time (5 days over 7)

What You’ll Do
You will lead all aspects of Co-op's fast-paced Andover depot, turning the wider logistics strategy into an effective operational plan for a site with around 400 colleagues that supplies more than 400 stores. Duties include:
Strategic & Operational Leadership: Create customer-focused operational plans, ensure safe and smooth depot running, and deliver operations to budget.
Team Development: Lead, coach, and develop an engaged, multi-disciplinary leadership team and promote a strong culture of continuous improvement.
Partner Relations: Own key relationships with third-party suppliers, trade union partners, and senior colleagues across the wider business.
What You’ll Bring

Proven experience leading large-scale teams and delivering positive change within a large, complex, and challenging environment.
A strong background in logistics, manufacturing, site management, and/or end-to-end food retail operations.
Exceptional leadership skills with a passion for developing others and managing large budgets effectively.
