In this part-time bank role based in Colchester, UK, you will work on an ad-hoc basis according to business needs and your availability. Delivering lessons structured around the Swim England framework, you will conduct both 1-to-1 individual sessions and group classes for swimmers of varied ages and skill levels in Colchester, UK.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality 1-to-1 and group swimming lessons following the Swim England teaching framework in Colchester, UK.

• Adapt teaching methods to individual learner needs, inspiring confidence and progress across all age groups and abilities in Colchester, UK.

• Engage with members to promote club facilities, track pupil progression targets, and maintain high standards of poolside safety in Colchester, UK.

Requirements

• Mandatory ASA Level 2 or Swim England Level 2 Teaching Swimming qualification in Colchester, UK.

• Exceptional communication skills with a fun, approachable, and encouraging teaching style in Colchester, UK.
